Good morning, everybody! How was your weekend? I hope you enjoyed it and you could make the most of this time with your family.

WARNING:
It´s very important that you use the comments at the end of the post.
It´s the way I have to know if you are doing the activities and you are undestanding everything.
You must participate with your comments.

Let´s start with today´s activities!

Some of you also sent me the comic strip about the Paleolithic. They are really creative and beautiful! Have a look!

Eva

Gadea

Jorge J. also sent his comic strip to me, but I can´t upload it. Sorry!

I remember to all of you that the comic strip about the Paleolithic is compulsory and it will count for your final mark.

TASK: Create a comic strip about the Paleolithic

You have to:
- tell a short story with the comic strip.
- include at least 4 pictures.
- show only things that were in the Paleolithic.

Instructions:
1. Make a list with the things from the Paleolithic that you want to include in your comic.
2. Invent the story you want to tell.
3. Divide this story in different scenes or pictures.
4. Draw a draft of your comic strip.
5. Take a separate piece of paper.
6. With a ruler, divide the paper in as many parts as you need.
7. Draw the pictures for each scene.
8. Draw speech bubbles showing what the characters say.
9. Colour the pictures.
10. Take a photo of your comic and send it to angel.lahoz@educa.madrid.org

GOOD NEWS FOR THE NGO "SAVE THE ANIMALS"

Your website is already available!

TASK 1: Take some time to read your classmates´ presentations and learn about the different groups of vertebrates and invertebrates.

TASK 2: Create an inphography (a page with pictures and information) about your favourite animal.

EXPLANATION:

- You have to do it on a paper or piece of cardboard (A-4).
- It is very important that you don´t copy a lot of information. You have to read it and write it with your own words.
- Easy and short is better than difficult and long.
- Be creative! Use different materials and ways to present the information.
- Pay attention to spelling and grammar mistakes.

YOU HAVE TO INCLUDE:
- Name of the animal.
- A grawing or photograph.
- Is it a vertebrate or an invertebrate?
- To which group of animals does it belong?
- How does it reproduce?
- How is its skin covered?
- How are its limbs?
- How does it breathe?
- What does it eat? Is it a carnivore, a herbivore, an omnivore, a scavenger or a descomposer?
- Where does it live?
- Some curiosities

DEADLINE: Wednesday, 18th March 2020. Send a photo to my e-mail angel.lahoz@educa.madrid.org
